Choices for Home Sites

The Estate Plats offer a premium option for homes with minimum 1,600 ft heated area and other features. For more detailed information, click here. The Estate Plats 1 and 2 are where the new homes have been built so far. There are Estate Plat homesites available now in Plat 2 on Spring Meadow Drive. For a map of Plat 2, click here. Plans are to offer additional Estate Plats in the future.

In addition, there are homes available for sale in the Estate Plats.

The Vista Plats are a great choice for home sites, with a minimum of 1,400 ft heated area and other quality features. Find specific details here. Ten new homesites are now available.
